Your Questions Answered:

What age is it for?  The pack (and face to face classes) can be used for ages 10 and up, but there is nothing stopping you from working together with a younger chid as well.

How much is postage? In Australia the postage is the same no matter where it is sent and it is $19 If you want it express posted to get within a few days you pay $24

​

What level of experience do you need to have? You don't have to have any experience at all, just a willingness to give it a go!

​

What if I am allergic to the paints? The medium we use is low toxic and odourless, so it is relatively good even for those with sensitivities. But you can substitute the oils for acrylics, but this would not be available till the new year.

​

How long does it take to complete a painting? It can take anywhere from 3 hours to a week to finish a painting, it all depends on how much time you have to give it! Any amount of time is the right time, as long as you are enjoying it!

What is the quality of the materials? The materials were chosen for their affordability as a pack. They are certainly VERY adequate, for anyone wanting to learn oils. I use the brushes for my own work, and have used all the paints in the pack, and many of my students have used them too.

 

Can the pack be wrapped for Christmas? The contents in the pack are wrapped in a brown paper and string with a sticker on it. They placed inside a brown box. If you are picking your pack up from Kapi Art Space we can wrap the box in Christmas paper if you would like! It does come with a ribbon around the box.

Can I pick the pack up from somewhere to save on postage? You can pick your pack up from Kapi Art Space from the 4th of December. (if available earlier we will email you)

Where can I pick up the Painting Pack from in Melbourne?

1282 Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, Kalorama. You will get an email telling you when your order is ready for pick up.

How long do I have access to the courses? You have life time access!

​

Can the Painting Pack be posted? Yes its in a very strong box ready to be posted.

​

Can you post the parcel for me and write in a card too? Yes we can post it for you. Just select that option in the open cart area, and write your message and forwarding address in the places provided.

What level of support do I have? With the pack you get 2 group classes in studio or online with Heather, so that you can have any questions answered as you begin.  You can email her with any questions also. The online tutorials are very informative and have a lot of information you will need also.

Is there anything else I need to get to add to the box? The only two things you. need to find is a palette, many people use meat trays, or a tile or a piece of board or glass. And the other is a bottle top lid to put some medium into, or a little bottle. Oh and one last thing, is a desire to embrace and have some fun!

Im not good with online ordering, can i order and then pay for the pack at Kapi Art Space on pick up? Yes there is an option to order and pick your item up. If it is not picked up within 3 weeks you will need to place a new order online as there are limited pack and high demand. Please note that packs will not be ready for pick up until the beginning of December.

Can I return and get money back if the gift is not used? Yes you certainly can! If you would like to return the pack and get your money back, as long as the code and contents has not been used,, you have 30 days to do so.
